Installation and maintenance of gear motors

1. Before use, please confirm whether the appearance of the deceleration motor is damaged and whether there is oil leakage.

2. Please confirm the voltage of the deceleration motor first. The voltage can be installed when the voltage is unstable.

3. Please confirm whether the specifications of the purchase of the deceleration motor are consistent with the design specifications.

4. Please confirm the fixed machine seat to avoid loosening during operation.

5. If you use link wheels, belt wheels, couplets, etc., it is necessary to be installed in accordance with relevant regulations.

6. Lubricant has been placed in the body, and lubricating oil is exempt from replacement of 12,000 hours.

7. During the operation of the deceleration motor, the rated current cannot exceed the current value of the motor nameplate.

8. Please pay attention to the problems of the surrounding temperature, humidity, pH.

9. If it is not installed, maintained or operated in the correct way, it may cause serious damage to the deceleration motor.

10. When repairing or disassembling, confirm that the external power supply is completely separated from the deceleration motor.

11. Safety protection device must be installed to ensure absolute operation safety.

12. Electric motors need to be grounded, please refer to the relevant regulations of power distribution.

13. Please confirm that all the installation machines and transmission accessories are fixed without errors, and then start the deceleration motor.

14. If the deceleration motor combined with the inverter at a low speed transmission, an independent auxiliary cooling fan needs to be installed.

15. After the power is disconnected by a single -phase deceleration motor, some charges remain in the capacitor. Please discharge or the terminal ground.
